I'm impressed with your progress. Make sure your day off includes beer, I hear thats great for excess calories :) Anyhow good luck with the ride and I look forward to reading more about it.

Yes, beer and wine are most excellent muscle relaxants. Not to mention the extra carbs are always tasty!
It's the first week in and I'm eating tons already. I'm pretty tempted to do an exact calorie measurement at some point in the next week or two for a day. I'm just kind of curious.
